Location
When walking through Waliców Street, it is impossible to miss the architecturally unique building at number 11. It is where Aurum Business Centre is located. The Building
Because of the historical character of the area, a part of the wall of Herman Jung’s brewery from the 19th century survived, and is now the building’s foundation. Putting modern office architecture together with historical elements creates a unique building, appreciated by users and architects from around the world. The Aurum building has seven floors, and in the basement there is a three-level car park. After entering the main entrance with a high, glass atrium, the representative character of the place can be felt. The building’s reception desk, open 24/7, is also located here.
Interiors
Aurum Business Centre is located on the fifth floor. Due to the limited number of offices on the floor, the Centre has a boutique character, and thanks to this the clients can work in an intimate and quiet atmosphere. Moreover, there are two conference rooms and an equipped kitchen at the clients’ disposal. The offices are furnished in a functional way and have access to an advanced IT network. Spacious rooms, individually controlled air conditioning and large windows, allowing for access of daylight, are all worth noticing. Our friendly personnel at the reception desk provide help and service daily.
