1.What is a serviced office space?
It is a fully equipped and furnished office, with an installed IT network. Therefore, it is ready to use and doesn’t require additional fit out. Every day at our clients’ disposal is our helpful Inoffice team, equipped conference rooms and kitchens. Within our duties is also caring for the good technical condition of the offices and cleaning services of the office areas.
2.Do I have to sign a long-term lease agreement?
Flexibility is the basic quality of serviced offices. Clients can sign a short-term (a few months), as well as a long-term agreement.
3.I am visited by guests very often, how will they be taken care of?
At our Business Centres there are manned reception desks, where guests will be warmly welcomed by our trained personnel. We will offer them hot and cold beverages and show them to a comfortable place, where they can sit, rest and wait for the meeting. Our personnel will inform the client about their arrival immediately.
4.If I’m not at the office, will the Inoffice personnel take care of my incoming telephone calls?
All incoming calls can be switched to our reception desk. Our professional, multilingual personnel will take the call and give information on behalf of your company, on the basis of individual guidelines.
5.I am often outside the office – what happens to my incoming mail?
Inoffice offers full mail service. We will take care of incoming letters and parcels. After receiving them, we will inform you about it immediately. We also handle outgoing mail – you can leave the letters with us and we will send them for you. Additionally, we can arrange for a courier service at reasonable prices.
6.Can I use office equipment and secretary service at the Inoffice reception desk?
Yes. There is an image scanner, fax machine, photocopier, and printer at our clients’ disposal. We also offer help in creating databases, editing emails, sorting documents or translating.
7.Are there conference rooms on the premises of Inoffice offices?
Yes. There are professionally equipped meeting rooms, which can be booked in advance and are fully serviced by us.
8.Are there parking spaces in the business centres?
Yes. Our Business Centres Aurum, Horizon and Tarasy all have underground car parks, where there is a possibility to lease a parking space on flexible terms. Opposite Wierzbowa Business Centre there is a large car park, where you’ll find a parking space without any trouble.
9.Is there a kitchen on the office premises?
Yes. Every Business Centre has access to a kitchen. You can sit there and enjoy coffee, tea or fresh water. The kitchen is also equipped with fridges, plates and cutlery necessary for eating a meal.
